Nice premises and design with mediocre services.
Territory of the hotel is very nice, with good design of the buildings and perfect landscape design. The room is also quite spacious and nice - big bed and pretty bathroom.
The breakfast could have been better especially in terms of variety of dishes. Hotel of the same level in Thailand generally provides a much better breakfast. The New Year program was quite dull and not a good value for money. The most disappointing factor was the reception services - they promised to try to get a taxi, never did anything (we were standing nearby and waiting) and after 25 minutes of waiting had to find it ourselves.

Nice, close to airport, comfortable, new but with historical design.
Beatiful architecture and historical concept of the hotel. Each building and its decoration represents different era in the history of Bagan. there are also a lot trees and green area inside the territory of the hotel. Nice and helpful staff. taking care of details. they organised a additional table for us during New Year Eve dinner, even if we came in very last momment. Breakfast nearby swimming pool area. Close to the airport ( <5 minutes, free pickup) .
Same breakfast every day. Some rooms in the first building have windows and balconies from side of parking in the front of main entry. Location is very close to the airport ( 700m ) but far from city center and archeological sites ( 3-6 km), so not a walking distance. There is no facilities like restaurants etc. nearby hotel.

The perfect place in Bagan
Beautiful hotel with perfect service, amazing pool, great food and nice rooms with good beds.
There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. We had our own spray with us and found around 20 mosquitos on the floor after spraying. Hotel should take more care of this.
